All throughout my life I have cared for others, while they might not have cared about me. Recently a coworker and I have feud between each other. The thing is I am not angry with her really, more of  just annoyed. I try to not hate or hold a grudge on anyone. This makes my own life more peaceful. My point is that don’t be angry for someone being angry at you, be sad that their hearts are filled with that vile emotion. Hate and anger corrupts your well being in more ways than you might realize.

Don’t let anger cloud your judgement, forgive and move on to new opportunities.
