Your internal power is so inherently inconceivable that most people go day to day with untapped potential. The daily supplements, food nourishment, and extroversion don’t even compare to the sheer amount of energy and motivation you already have inside of you.

The human body is practically a reactor already, but people treat theirs like a waste dump for excess sugar and chemicals. The truth is you are what you eat. Just like they said when you were younger. Like the quite intelligent Thich Nhat Hanh once said in his book “The Art of Communicating”. Your nourishment (for life) isn’t just what you eat, that is only one of your senses, there is still sight, sound, touch. All of which contribute to your life (He explained in a way quite similar to the Four Pillars). The things you hear, or watch, contribute to your overall health too.


You can’t change your mind without doing something to change your body as well. They are inherently linked, as are the spirit and emotions. (Each pillar impacts the others in unique ways; both positive and negative).

If you can make even just a slight adjustment to your day to day mindset you could make a significant difference in the overall timescale of your life. Rather it be a month, year, or the entirety of your life.

In order to change the world you have to change your mind.

  1. Totally agree with you! Our body is the vessel we use to tread this world. Without a sane captain who knows what to do the whole thing would soon sink taking the entire crew with it. For the best results we need to follow optimal nutrition!

    1. Yeah I agree with what you’re saying. I was just thinking earlier today that in my Water Aerobics Classes I teach, that some of my students only give it 50%. Its just that they are not going to get results that way, and nutrition is the other side of it. I know some people after the class will go get unhealthy food to eat.
